NO other park offers all we do...
The amenity package you receive as a homeowner is by far the most extensive to be found. Every home is extensively landscaped and we maintain the grounds on every home with trimming of the bushes, fertilizing lawns, spraying roundup for weeds, mowing lawns, and trash pick up. RV/Boat storage is available. 
The Great Brook Village Clubhouse overlooking a scenic pond boasts a full kitchen for parties, two decks for outside barbecues, a full gym, and a lending library. Outside our clubhouse there is a scenic pond with an arched bridge to a screened gazebo and two waterfalls! Weekly coffee socials, hobby & craft gatherings, poker games, and biweekly potluck dinners make it easy to make new friends!
We also have horseshoes and mini golf for the grand kids' visits. They will also enjoy feeding the trout and catfish in the pond.
Last but not least I want to mention our spectacular award winning landscaping. If you have yet to tour Great Brook Village , it is hard to describe the unique beauty of both the common areas and surrounding homes. Landscape plantings along with fabulous rock gardens are included with every home purchase. Visitors to our community are honestly astounded by the fact that the entire community is so stunningly landscaped.
